Baby Isaac was born at 26 weeks, 6 days in northeast Florida. His parents travel over 30 miles every day to visit him in the hospital there. They live just close enough to the hospital that they do not qualify to stay at the Ronald McDonald House close to the hospital, therefore they have to drive each day to be by Isaac’s side. In the words of Issac’s father Aaron, “we cannot afford to miss one day with our first-born child”. They found the Ella Bullis Foundation in an online search. We were happy to be able to help them with a gas card to help ease travel expenses while Isaac is in the NICU.
